This Laguna Beach Bride's First Look Will Melt Your Heart

What a complete joy to be there with the SWEETEST bride Amy for her Laguna Beach wedding day! I’ve known Amy and her twin sister Ashley for a few years and worked alongside them for different Los Angeles hotel marketing/ad campaigns. Amy didn’t schedule a hair and makeup consultation or trial prior to the wedding day and told me that she just completely trusted what we could create on the day of! I LOVE that!!

Her bridal hair and makeup look was one that perfectly pairs with a dreamy, beachy Laguna Beach setting! For makeup, we chose to do a dramatic bronze eyeshadow and lots of individual lashes so the eyes completely pop! I curled Amy’s hair in my signature beachy, brushed out style, then created a side updo with intricate pinning and twists! Amy had a gorgeous bridal hair piece that we included, along with her veil. Love working with hair accessories to make a hair and makeup look a little more formal.
