Las Vegas drive-thru elopement with Elvis, followed by wild karaoke after party

A fun and cliche drive-thru Vegas wedding” was what inspired this incredible destination wedding weekend! My long time friend, Emma, is a destination wedding photographer. Her husband Ben is a wedding videographer. They have created their dream lives together traveling the world and documenting couple’s love stories! When it came to their own love story, and documenting their own wedding, they put disposable cameras in the hands of every one of their wedding guests!! Ben offers what he calls the “dad cam” package for his couples, where he takes wedding day video on a vintage camcorder, and they let the dad cam circulate amongst the guests to capture the weekend through everyone else’s eyes.

The Hilary Duff wedding hair look was a huge inspiration for Emma’s hairstyle. We did a modern slight wave, with her hair pinned behind her ears. Emma wanted her makeup to be natural and wanted the fox eye look - lifted, winged, snatched. ;)

With guests flying in from all over the Country, the weekend started with nightclub bachelor/bachelorette festivities on Saturday, then Sunday was an event at TopGolf. All during an unprecedented hurricane through Los Angeles and heading towards Las Vegas!

With miraculously sunny skies, on Monday, the ceremony was officiated by Elvis at The Little White Wedding Chapel. It was a private, family-only ceremony, and of course, the afternoon included photos of the newlyweds in front of the iconic Las Vegas sign. The after party planned for all family and friends Monday evening was at Ellis Island Karaoke Bar - outrageous outfits and karaoke required!!
