Q. When you're not working, what do you love to do in your free time?
A. During my free time I love to wind down and take care of myself in the form of hiking, yoga, or just being home with my cats haha!
Q. Tell us more about your story and your career.
A. I've been in the music world until my mid 20s, I played piano and went to Berklee College of Music focusing on the business side of the industry and then decided to shift my career 2 years into moving to LA. I decided to attended Make Up Designory in Burbank, specializing in fashion and beauty. Seven years later, I've worked in so many different setting including photo shoots, fashion runways, weddings, working with individual clients, film sets and more. I love working in the beauty industry and so happy I get to make people feel their best for a living!
Q. Where are your favorite locations or venues to work?
A. I love working near the ocean, the venues there are so gorgeous! Working in the mountains is so nice too. Thats one of the many things I love about California - there are so many beautiful venues and I enjoy getting to explore all of them!
Q. What is a current beauty trend you fully stand behind?
A. Glowy skin with beautiful blush!
Q. Please tell us more about your art.
A. I focus on enhancing clients features rather than changing anything with too much makeup. Everyone has their own unique features and sometimes they like certain things about their eyes or cheekbones that they'd love to enhance so my goal is always to listen and help certain features pop!
Q. What fuels you in your career?
A. I've had the opportunity being in rooms with talented people who work in Hollywood and being able to work beside them and see the possibilities in the beauty industry gave me confidence to pave my own path!
Q. What you enjoy most about working with brides and bridal parties?
A. The energy in the room!
Q. What is your favorite part of a wedding day?
A. My favorite part is at the end of each look when I give the clients a mirror to see the final picture and seeing how happy/confident they feel!
