Q. When you're not working, what do you love to do in your free time?
A. Anything artsy! I love painting, creating accessories or tending to my garden!
Q. Tell us more about your story and your career.
A. LA native with 15 years experience in beauty. I was an educator for Ardell for 7 years and I wanted to get back to beautifying all types of people on set, editorial, and also for weddings!
Q. What brought you to Southern California?
A. I was born and raised here!
Q. Where are your favorite locations or venues to work?
A. I love anything unique or out of the norm!
Q. What is a current beauty trend you fully stand behind?
A. Skin, skin, skin and natural brows!
Q. Please tell us more about your art.
A. I get inspired by nature and my travels, having been to almost 20 countries and spending time with locals I’ve learned unique beauty methods and standards and also what locals use to “dress up” their looks with local ingredients. Having the ability to work on the fly and out of something that may not scream BEAUTY is where I excel, having items in the kit that are multi use is key.
Q. What fuels you in your career?
A. Definitely traveling! The sights, smells, local artisan items and the locale all invigorate my senses and help me get inspired.
Q. What you enjoy most about working with brides and bridal parties?
A. I love the energy and also hearing peoples stories and getting to connect with a bride on a day not even her partner will means something to me I always cherish.
Q. What is your favorite part of a wedding day?
A. That moment the bride or bridal party looks in the mirror and you see how they just feel beautiful, that moment I live for!
