Q. When you're not working, what do you love to do in your free time?
A. I love dancing when I’m not working. Anything Latin, mostly bachata & hip hop.
Q. Tell us more about your story and your career.
A. Growing up, both my parents’ families come from being engineers, lawyers, and entrepreneurs. With that being said, for me to take any interest in arts as a career, was forbidden in the household. It was fine to have as a hobby but only as a temporary hobby. So having my parents accept me in the beauty industry has definitely not been an easy path. But they now see my passion and I now have a full support from them which means a lot to me!
Q. Where are your favorite locations or venues to work?
A. Every location that I’ve been to is always exciting for me, it’s hard to decide. But if I have to pick one, it would probably be Hummingbird Nest Ranch.
Q. What is a current beauty trend you fully stand behind?
A. Skincare and soapbrows!
Q. Please tell us more about your art.
A. I love enhancing people’s natural features and make them feel like themselves once the makeup is complete. I mainly focus on skin.
Q. What fuels you in your career?
A. People! Getting to engage and interact with my clients is a big part of the process for me!
Q. What you enjoy most about working with brides and bridal parties?
A. This may sound corny but I’m a hopeless romantic. So I’m working with brides and hearing about their story with their fiancé & seeing the bridesmaids & moms all come together to give their blessings on the day of, makes me so happy! And I am honored I get to witness that whenever I do wedding makeup!
Q. What is your favorite part of a wedding day?
A. My favorite part of the wedding day is when the look comes together. The makeup, the hair, the dress. Every vendor that takes a part to making the vision come alive!
